About Johnny Eakins

Johnny was born and raised in the Ozark and Rogersville area.  Having a strong upbringing in construction, Johnny built and sold 5 homes in the Rogersville area while working full time at a local utility company.  It was during his time building and selling houses that his desire to start a second career in real estate began.  He's a people-person with great negotiating skills learned from 20+ years working in the Springfield area.
Johnny is an avid outdoorsman and family man who knows the Greater Springfield surrounding areas well and can help you find what you're looking for, whether it be residential property, farming, or hunting property.
